Your first visit includes a consult (about 45 minutes), so we can talk about your goals, your skin, and any skin meds before we start. After that, return visits take about 30 minutes.
How we count the days: we count from the date of your last Smooth Face visit. If you came in on a Monday, the next Monday is day 7, so that visit is $45. The Tuesday after that is day 8, so it's $55. You don't have to keep track. We look it up at checkout and ring up the right price.

Before you come in

Hair about 1/4 inch long (a grain of rice). If you've been shaving, that's about two weeks. Skip the tweezers.

At your visit

Your first visit includes a consult. We'll chat about what you want done. Tell us if you use retinol, retinoids, or acne medications, or if any of your meds have changed. These can affect whether waxing is a good idea that day. Not sure? Check with your doctor first.

Then we wax in small sections and check on you as we go. We use hard film wax on every face, because this skin can break out easily.
After your wax (general tips, not medical advice)

A little redness or a few small bumps can show up. They usually calm down within 24 to 48 hours.

Facial skin can break out easily, so for the rest of the day, keep it simple: hands off, and skip heavy makeup, scrubs, and a lot of heat or sun on the area.

Between visits, try not to tweeze or shave so your hair stays on one schedule.

If something doesn't feel right, call or text us. Anything that seems medical, call your doctor.

Totally fine, life happens. If it's been 15 to 21 days, your visit is $65. At 22 days or more, it's $75, the same price as a first visit. No penalty and no guilt trip. Next time, the sooner you're back, the less you pay.

Can I add brows?
Yes! Add brows for $15, a brow tint for $20, or both for $30. Each add-on takes about 15 minutes. Just ask at the front desk when you check in.

You are so welcome here. Just know that waxing removes hair. It doesn't treat any condition. Questions about hormones, hair growth, skin, or medications belong with your doctor. Do tell us about skin medications like retinoids or acne treatments before we wax.
Does facial waxing hurt?
There's a quick sting, and then it's done. We work in small sections and check in with you the whole time. If something feels like too much, tell us and we'll slow down.

How long does my facial hair need to be before waxing?
